1. General Terms and Conditions
- “Excellent Removal Company,” hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” is a division of Excellent Services Company.
- By using our removals and clearance services, you, the client, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Company continually updates service practices to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational transparency.
- Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly for any amendments.
2. Removals Services
- The Company provides professional removals services for both residential and commercial clients.
- The client must provide accurate descriptions of all items to be moved, including size, weight, and any special handling requirements.
- Any changes to the removal schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Special items such as pianos, antiques, or high-value electronics may require additional arrangements or fees.
- Clients are advised to pack fragile items securely unless packing services are purchased.
3. Clearance Services
- Services include house, office, rubbish, and waste disposal clearance.
- Clients must ensure that all items designated for clearance are legal to dispose of and exclude hazardous materials.
- Hazardous materials (chemical waste, asbestos, medical waste, etc.) will not be collected.
- Additional fees may apply for items requiring special disposal procedures.
4. Pricing and Payment
- The cost of services is provided to the client upon inquiry and varies based on the scope of work, distance, and required manpower.
- Payment must be made in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Deposits may be required for large-scale or long-distance removals.
- Late payments may incur additional administrative fees.
5. Liability
- The Company is not liable for damage to property or items being moved or cleared unless caused by the negligence of our staff.
- The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits for waste disposal or parking arrangements.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control.
- Clients must ensure that pathways and access points are safe and unobstructed.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to avoid fees.
- Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the booking may incur a fee of 50% of the quoted price.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a fee of 100% of the total price.
- Refunds will be processed according to the Company’s refund policy.
- Unexpected circumstances are understood, but short-notice cancellations may generate unavoidable team costs.
7. Confidentiality
- The Company respects client privacy and will not disclose personal or sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.
- All client data is stored securely following UK data protection regulations.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
